What is EMP Score?

EMP Score is a Professional Trust Score between 0 to 1000. It checks candidate's past company feedback, discipline, attendance, performance, interview behavior and verification status. Companies use it to decide if candidate is trustworthy for hiring.

Score Bands Explained

0 - 300 : NOT TRUSTWORTHYHigh risk. History of misbehavior, dropout after joining, negative feedback. Companies should NOT hire.

300 - 400 : CRITICAL AUDITPoor verification. Deep HR audit, document check, reference call required before hiring.

400 - 700 : STANDARD PASSMeets standard corporate verification. Safe to hire for most roles. Normal background.

700 - 1000 : PLATINUM ELITEHighly verified, excellent track record, disciplined, top performer. Highly recommended.

How Score Calculated?

1. Profile Score (0-100): Resume, documents, photo verification.

2. Interview Score (0-100): Dressing sense, Communication, Knowledge, Discipline, Face expression.

3. Training Score (0-100): Training completion, tests, tasks.

4. External Feedback (0-500): Previous company ratings on attendance, discipline, work performance, behaviour.

5. Ledger Points: Positive/negative points from corporate actions.

Total = Profile + Interview + Training + Feedback + Ledger

Maximum 1000 points. Minimum 700+ is considered good.
